The walk-through bathroom has a fiberglass tub with shower door for you to freshen up in each morning and even an area prepped to add an optional washer and dryer. You also have an outside shower to rinse the mud off before entering inside the unit. It will be easy preparing meals with the kitchen island that comes with an upgraded light, the four burner cooktop, and the 30" microwave. Enjoy your meals comfortably at the 38" dinette with chairs then relax on either the hide-a-bed sofa or the theater seating in the front living area which also has a front entertainment center with an optional fireplace to add!

Each one of these Recreation By Design Bay Point destination trailers have been built to last for years with a corrosion proof underbelly and an I-beam frame with E-Coated corrosion proofing. They are also constructed with triple-belt rail reinforced sidewalls, 2x4 floor framing, engineered trusses, and a detachable hitch. The R-7 insulation will keep the heat in from the floor ducted 40,000 BTU furnace and the cool air in with the 15,000 BTU air conditioner with heat pump. With an electric awning, you can sit outside and gaze out at your beautiful view while staying protected rain or shine.
